Brasilia |
It is just a regular TV tower situated on Eixo Monumental (Monumental Axis Avenue) in Brasilia, the capital city of Brazil. However, you can take a free elevator and go up about 250 feet to have a breathtaking view of the city. From there, you can see most of the city, including the ministries buildings, the National Congress Building and the Mané Garrincha National Soccer Stadium which is not too far from there.
TIP: There is an Arts and Crafts permanent fair a few steps away from the bottom of the tower, where you can buy good priced souvenirs. You can also eat some reasonably good cheap food at the kiosks.
